For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies published on the ezi88 platform:

• "ezi88", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the internationally licensed entity operating the ezi88 platform at https://ezi88.bio and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" means the ezi88 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all products, features, and services accessible through an ezi88 account, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot lobbies, online poker, Domino QQ, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) services.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account with ezi88 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual, password-protected user account created by a Member upon registration, through which all Platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds deposited by a Member and held in that Member's ezi88 Account at any given time, including any bonus credit subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, market, or event available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive granted by ezi88 to a Member pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to the bonus terms published at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process conducted by ezi88 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and financial details in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering standards.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which ezi88 Accounts are denominated.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all ezi88 operational matters unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the ezi88 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person and at least 21 years of age. ezi88 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ezi88 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would render your use of the Platform illegal.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an ezi88 Account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You will maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

To access real-money services on the ezi88 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet in your own name (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify ezi88 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• ezi88 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage using the KYC process described in Clause 1. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or passport) and a recent bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method registered to your Account.
• ezi88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Balance to any other person.

ezi88 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to protect Account logins. You are strongly encouraged to keep your registered mobile number current and to enable all available security features from your Account dashboard.

All transactions on the ezi88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though ezi88 reserves the right to apply transaction thresholds to individual Accounts at its discretion.
• Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt by ezi88's payment processor.
• Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) are typically credited within five (5) minutes of the transfer being confirmed on the receiving bank's system, subject to the banking hours and interbank processing times of the relevant institution.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and return of the deposited amount to the originating payment method, less any applicable bank charges.
• ezi88 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which ezi88 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity documents on file with ezi88.
• ezi88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard requests submitted during operational hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national public holidays in Indonesia, or where additional verification is required.
• ezi88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, that are made prior to sufficient wagering activity on a deposited balance, or that otherwise trigger ezi88's internal risk-management criteria.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms (see Clause 5).
• ezi88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Members are advised to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid delays at the point of first withdrawal.

ezi88 offers a range of promotional incentives to Members including, but not limited to, deposit match bonuses, cashback awards, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all ezi88 bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific promotion terms, including a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 10× (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus credit and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonuses are issued to one Account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different Accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension.
• ezi88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, ezi88's decision is final.

All games available on the ezi88 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or information panel. The following overarching principles apply across all products:

• All ezi88 Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and reflect the theoretical long-term return under standard play conditions.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by licensed third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules and outcomes of live games are governed by the supplier's certified game logic and the physical game equipment used in their studios.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game session that results in an interrupted round, ezi88 will apply its game interruption policy, which may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned to the Member's balance, or the round being resolved based on available game-state data.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors or loopholes, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent Account closure.

ezi88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Members maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all Members directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic time reminders that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session at intervals they choose.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a temporary self-exclusion for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, no maximum). During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and the Member may not access any Platform services or receive promotional communications. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezi88 Platform. Violations will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own identity or the identity of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or funds that are the proceeds of crime.

All content on the ezi88 Platform — including but not limited to the ezi88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of ezi88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform.
• The right to use ezi88's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any form without prior written consent.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or game content.

Any unauthorised use of ezi88 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

ezi88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key points include:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, communication errors, or interruptions to Platform services beyond ezi88's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of Account data resulting from causes outside ezi88's control, including third-party cyberattacks.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Any decision by ezi88 to void a bet, suspend an Account, or withhold a withdrawal pending verification, where such action is taken in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

ezi88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their ezi88 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ezi88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

ezi88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, ezi88 will provide notice to Members via a prominent announcement on the Platform homepage and/or a notification to the registered email address on file. The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after the notice is issued, except where an amendment is required immediately by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Balance before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ezi88's operating entity is incorporated, as disclosed in ezi88's licensing documentation.

ezi88 is operated by an internationally licensed entity. While ezi88 serves players based in Indonesia and has designed its platform specifically for the Indonesian market — including IDR denomination, Indonesian bank and e-wallet integrations, and Indonesian-speaking support — Members acknowledge that the legal and regulatory framework applicable to ezi88 is that of its licensing jurisdiction, not Indonesian domestic law.

Any dispute between a Member and ezi88 that cannot be resolved through ezi88's internal complaints procedure (accessible via live chat support) shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as designated by ezi88 at the time of the dispute. The language of arbitration shall be English.
